We have spent many years developing suitable blends for the mobile cafe industry based on extensive R&D and thorough customer feedback. We have developed 4 specialty blends for the mobile cafe industry. These are award winning blends by our expert coffee roaster, Roger Bright.

In the mobile coffee van game, your requirements are different to that of a cafe owner. You are faced with the challenges of equipment placed under stress whilst driving, as well as varying temperatures in the van.

With all of these issues, it can be difficult to produce that consistent cup of coffee every day that your customers deserve. In a cafe with a fixed temperature, the barista’s operating parameters are controlled, and he/she can extract the perfect pour consistently. At the back of a coffee van, you face huge variations in daily temperate influenced by the natural elements, movement and heat emitted from the generator. When consistent coffee is crucial, having a coffee blend that is tailored for this situation is paramount.

Our beans are sourced from reputable suppliers and we only use AA Grade and Grade 1 beans, ensuring you have the best quality product in the marketplace.

ALPHA 100% ARABICA

Alpha blend is like its namesake – strong, bold and dashing.

Alpha is our most popular and sought after blend. This is our flagship supplier to many operators around the country and has won awards at the CSR 2010 Golden Bean Competition as both an espresso and milk based coffee.

We blend only the highest grown, top quality and most flavoursome beans from Central and South America, combining them to produce a blend with both punch and style.

Optimised and tweaked for the mobile cafe industry, considerations into humidity and temperature were utilised when creating this boutique blend.

Alpha has clean acidity with a sweet, bold chocolate aftertaste. With a strong aroma, Alpha leaves a full flavour for the customer, whilst being a very versatile and forgiving blend to work with for the operator.

VIBE 100% ARABICA

Our Vibe blend is rich, strong and classical.

Inspired by the traditional Italian espresso but blended with the Australian touch and pallet in mind.

This blend is perfect with pastries and muffins and compliments any sweet and savoury food offerings. A stand out as either an espresso or milk based coffee, Vibe will tower over most other coffee’s, giving you a true Italian style coffee with a unique Australian touch.

Sourced from South America, Indonesia and Africa this blend showcases the finest offerings from some of the worlds most sought after coffee regions.

SUPREMO 100% ARABICA

The 3 beans combined to create an experience that is rich, smooth and pleasantly lingers on the pallet.

In milk, this blend leaves sweet milk choclolate notes with the depth of maltiness and caramel.

As a black coffee, the delicate floral notes permeate which is a precursor to the balanced yet complex sensation that dances on all parts of the pallet.

ELEMENT – 90% ARABICA, 10% HIGH GRADE ROBUSTA

Element is a perfect offering for those who believe in true specialty coffee in a cup.

Blended with no compromise and only flavour in mind, Element is a blend of beans sourced from Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Colombia and two different beans from India.

The blend by its very nature of having 5 beans is complex yet balanced perfectly. The 10% high grade Robusta provides a lingering body and bite, while the 4 Arabica beans dance across the pallet with hints of complex citrus, fruit and dark cocoa.
